The app has stopped working I’ve been trying for weeks to get in contact with someone but no reply if some one could please please help me with this
I am in Germany, can't open Musica XM since 20.01.2022 any more, have over 700 titles stored on my iPhone, of course I don't want to loose anything. Pls message precisely what to do. Just sending a link for download which your helpdesk at support@redacted did the other day isn't sufficient at all. No one want's to deinstall the app risking a complete loss of stored tunes whithout being confirmed that this is the way to go. I am upset about being left alone...
I live in Canada, and I can no longer access the Musica XM app anymore. I used to be able to download it from the App Store, but now it says that it's no longer available in my region. I'm in a bit of turmoil here, as all of my music was on that app. Is there any way I might be able to access the app again?
