Getting this app at this point is just a waste of time.Listen, you need to fix your app, the error thing hasn't happened one time but it's happened again, and it really has me angry, yes you have really good music playlists for everyone but playlists are disappearing, and your app is falling apart, take advantage or people will start deleting the app.

2. I loved this app but I lose my playlists and songs far to often.It worked great for about 3 years, until it suddenly deleted all 34 of my playlists! Some of those playlists i hold near and dear to me, so i'm hoping you can get the problem fixed and resolved.

3. If so, solid 5 stars.I picked a song and clicked on, "get this ringtone" and it took me to a website with a button saying, "free unlimited music" and when I clicked that button it took me right back to the app where I started.

4. I redownloaded it and went through my music taste for nostalgias sake (yikes) and I remember really enjoying with it even though it would mess up every once and a while!I've had this app for a year and I have had multiple inconveniences.

5. I couldnt play any music, it would skip through all the songs without playing any and if I pinpointed one for it to play it would say "Yuck! I think that was a bug." but it wouldnt play any music.

1. Fix PlaYo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PlaYo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PlaYo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PlaYo" » Open PlaYo: Unlimited Music & Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PlaYo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PlaYo: Unlimited Music & Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PlaYo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PlaYo: Unlimited Music & Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PlaYo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PlaYo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PlaYo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PlaYo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PlaYo not working

2. Fix PlaYo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PlaYo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PlaYo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PlaYo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
