After entering my phone number and receiving an OTP code, I can't get pass the account settings page as the app keeps saying I need a valid phone number.Very very bad service,Every driver is cancelling order.they call you telling you that me get 15 min to reach.But actually he is very near just excuses.what is this if they can't do service well why u are giving them ID.very very bad serviceGreat prices when compared to Careem and Bolt especially in the morning.The worst riding service you may use.

2. I recommend using more reliable riding services.Many Driver ask to cancel and he cancel the trip and tve app decrease my wallet !!!Nice and easy to talk to driver.They charge you in advance which is higher than the actual.

3. Some driver are rude they ask to finish the trip or cancel the order but they pick you up upon arriving to the drop off they ask higher price.

4. And also really hard to get driver.Can't create account.

1. Fix Kaiian Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kaiian: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kaiian App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kaiian" » Open Kaiian : Saudi Ride hailing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kaiian » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kaiian : Saudi Ride hailing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kaiian servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kaiian : Saudi Ride hailing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kaiian app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kaiian might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kaiian. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kaiian then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kaiian not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kaiian be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kaiian not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kaiian may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
