Though I'm an old Alfursan member, but I will never book on Saudi Airlines again.This is the worst airline app Always crashing, gives errors alot Plus you have to log in to alfursan, which, in most cases, you can't Finally, you can't make a reservation to multiple cities using Alfursan printsThe old app a year or 2 ago was very good.

Can't add a family member through the app as I have to do it through WhatsApp and it takes forever for customer service to respond through phone or WhatsApp & only gives you seconds to respond & if you don't respond within seconds they cancel the conversation and you've to start all over again.Update: you have one of the most worst cus.
3. Service ever, more than 40 min on call Saudi airlines to book flights with my miles and no reply 😑.
4. Application options are very limited, what's app service is worst, always transfer you to call then calling not working and so on.
5. Since 4 day now I cannot login, always giving massage with error, this application is shame on Saudi airlines.
6. Can't update my phone number for fursan through the app as I have to visit a branch during operating hours (which is not suitable for me provided the overlap with my working hours).
7. What loss for such kind of careless and weak team.The worst airlines for now from Jeddah to Tunis.
8. This can be implemented in the app by adding the ability to take a picture of the ticket.The app is much worse after the update, the UI is very minimal with a lot of essential information not showing.
9. I can no longer view the +3/-3 option when searching for flights, my miles are not updating for over a week now.
10. I suggested adding some extra features of fingerprints to access Alfursan logins.
11. And there is no way to see the amount of miles gained when trying to book a flight.Not user-friendly.
