Why should I report an Issue with Meitu?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Meitu (China) Limited to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. For example, the transparency of an image is not kept once it's imported to the app and instead have to draw/outline the actual part of the image you want to use, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a sticker option if you can't really use the images as you imported them... im not sure if this makes sense but basically I just think it would be great if the transparent background of the pic I want to import for sticker use could be kept as is.I have always liked Meitu for photo editing.

Also keep getting the same ad for the game Evony every single time and it's really annoying.The ai image feature is really neat, but my phone folds and when folded out, the button is too low and can't be reached, there's no scrolling, so I can only use it when the phone is closed, so I can only generate images with a narrow screen.

3. A big thank you to the creators for giving us broke people a decent amount of options for our edits🥹🖤I like the app but I wish there were more ways to customize the frames, like maybe a way to rotate the frames.

4. It's really great in that aspect which is pretty awesome.I really like Meitu, I've been using this app for maybe 5 years, the only thing is I wish it were more optimized for other devices (I use it on my tablet sometimes bc of the bigger screen).

5. Under the "edit" tab on the video editor, there is an option to select "HD Video Quality." I selected this and was given a pop-up that said the app had to use cloud processing.

6. If the generate image button was higher up, that would be appropriated.First Ai filter that is pretty spot on, it make have a few mishaps but for the most part it's the best I have used so far.

7. The limited number of ai art pieces you could generate really made me mad, since the ai art was super accurate and I used it to make OCs when I was too lazy to draw.

8. Please bring back the previous version for a better experience.One of my favorite go to editing apps.

9. AI art is less accessible and lacks precision compared to the previous version.

10. I loved how easy and accessible it was compared to every other AI generator I can find.

11. The extra options would be nice, but they aren't needed for a good edit.

1. Fix Meitu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Meitu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Meitu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meitu" » Open Meitu » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meitu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Meitu app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meitu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meitu" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Meitu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meitu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Meitu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meitu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meitu not working

2. Fix Meitu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Meitu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Meitu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Meitu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
