1. The app is extremely convenient.I'm very happy with Mr D delivery, never had problems with delivery the closest to a problem I have had is with the GPS system it doesn't take the driver to right place at times but the kindness and service from said drivers make up for that ten fold.

2. So here it is Fat cake city Florida Junction's food is outstanding and congratulations on being able to keep the amount and quality of your food in relation to the price is unmatched very impressed including my guests... 👌No need to change, get your car and go get food.

3. Instead I am left to go and fetch my ice cold food myself while having paid for a service I never received.Mr D has offered me great service along the years.

4. I had the location of the driver pinned on the app which easly located the designated driver,where we are and where the drive is.The app showed me where he is ,which he was lost but he contacted me to verify if he was in the wrong location.

5. All in all the experience was amazing and it was not a difficult delivery for the driverThe driver stood outside our house for over 4 minutes.

6. Thank you I'VE tried to rate the restaurant and food on another order cannot find a place to do so.

7. You look through their menus, ratings and info then place your order and collect it from their drivers at your doorstep!!!! No more hurried dressing.

8. The whole point of this app and service is around "delivery" which I have sadly not been experiencing.

9. With Mr delivery you simply order online and the restaurants in your area will be shown on your device.

10. WTH!? I had to create another account with a different email and my newly registered account states the email is wrong.After many years as a loyal customer, I will be deleting the app.

11. Unfortunately, more than half of the restaurants that I ordered from frequently in the past have suddenly changed to "collect only", leaving only restaurants within about 2km of my home offering delivery services.

1. Fix Mr D Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mr D: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mr D App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mr D" » Open Mr D - Groceries & Takeaway » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mr D » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mr D - Groceries & Takeaway app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mr D servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mr D - Groceries & Takeaway" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mr D app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mr D might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mr D. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mr D then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mr D not working

2. Fix Mr D Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mr D be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mr D not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mr D may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
