1. It is a very disappointing service.I am not sure if the delivery fee is based on the address shown on the map after ordering, but if that is the case, you are charging me additional delivery fees because you wrongfully place my address on the map (further from the restaurant).It's practically unusable.
2. Most recent one is increased delivery cost depending on regions, but you are told that at the end when finalizing your order so it's more likely you'll accept the increased price after deciding what to order.
3. There is no reason the delivery cost can't be stated up-front when the app already needs to know your delivery address even display which places are available.The service is fine.
4. Two reasons actually: being too lazy to go and buy it myself and not wanting to interact with people... Calling me DOES bother me.The restaurants should not be able to increase delivery time.
5. Their phone number is not available for client support and in the app they only have contact form; no way to immediately communicate with them about the order.The app functionality is abysmal.
6. When you search for restaurants in your area and of the chosen one is closed, it will not be updated but instead redirect you to another (same food chain) which has delivery fee.
7. They only support a detect module, and it just won't recognize your actual address and accept it.I could give a chimp a keyboard and a mouse, with no computer and it would still make a better app.
8. Stay away!!!!! Just be advised that if you order from a restaurant that is not delivering to your address, the app will not tell you.
9. Getting through to the customer support is an ordeal by itself and just as helpful as the broken features.No live support.

11. I'm keeping this a 1/5 just because I can't do 0/5.No customer care, no control on the delivery, they really don't care.
