1. Eventually I sort of found my address but it was formatted incorrectly and the street name was spelled wrong! I don't think I would have much confidence in a driver finding my house!Zapp can be useful, except that when my order was missing an item (ice cream) their customer service responded with we believe your item was delivered.

2. Instead of wasting your time here, use Uber Eats who have a fast and reliable service.I tried both GETIR and Zapp and I must say GETIR is the way to go, not only are their prizes similar to supermarket prices and many even cheaper but they have loads more locations so delivery is much quicker.

3. And most importantly, their customer service is amazing! They gave me a call when an item was missing and offered a voucher as compensation alongside money back for the missing item.

4. Tried pressing the "call support" option and a red message appears " can not call rider" so there isn't any support and you're not able to contact the delivery driver, not very helpful.

5. 90% of the time I had 20-30 minutes delivery times, then had to wait 2 hours for my order to be "cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances".

6. There's a standard delivery charge, a late night fee charge, a small order fee, AND a service fee.

7. Branched out too much; no one needs skincare products or Apple products on demand (in my opinion) The last straw for me has been missing items.

8. And of course I didn't get my money back, I was refunded in Zapp credit to use in the next order that would never arrive.

9. 2nd time, I reported it, and was credited for one of the missing items.

1. Fix Zapp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zapp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zapp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zapp" » Open Zapp – 24/7 Drinks & Groceries » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zapp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zapp – 24/7 Drinks & Groceries app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zapp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zapp – 24/7 Drinks & Groceries" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zapp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zapp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zapp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zapp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zapp not working

2. Fix Zapp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zapp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zapp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zapp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
