1. Asking too much? maybe.I've had this app through my last 5 phones and I tried out about 20 other video apps and they all seem to have the same problem the sound doesn't line up with the video or the video crashes and get stuck or the quality diminishes after you edit it ,but this app is easy it's Crystal clear it's fast and I have just a cheap Android phone.

2. many other great surprises ahead.Being irritated with other video apps latency sound not lining up with the video , and constantly freezing up, I tried this app and was shocked that everything ran smoothly I've had it for years and it works perfect.

3. Would be way better if you can put the trimmed section in manually or be able to pick the frame of where you want it to start and stop so I don't have spurts of undesired frames and/or cut off frames of a video that I want to keep too early.

4. I have big fingers that aren't too accurate at getting to the right point of starting or stopping the video exactly when I want it to be on the slide scale (always off a second either way).

5. unfortunately you have very little control of your editing, comparing to a lot of other free apps; it needs more transition options and visual control of your work, but i hope with some updating it will be great soon.

1. Fix Video Editor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Editor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Editor" » Open Video Editor - Video Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Editor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Editor - Video Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Editor - Video Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Editor might not work.
