Studo Customer Insights

1. It might be useful to have everything in one place but to pay monthly / yearly for that is just,not worth it at all! -It's ugly -It just shows you the websites like you would see them in your browser anyway - it's not that helpful after all - It doesn't have widgetsCool but not finished yet! The app is a life saver, that's sure! A lot of functions are included to make a student's life easier and more digital.

2. Even the support team is very cooperative and very fast response.Marvellous app!!! The Studo app provides all in one place access to University schedule, course content, notifications and important information, so becomes very handy and helps to keep track of things.

3. Great overall! Update for 2020: App has improved quite a lot and is a must have for any student! Would be completely perfect if the mail feature was extended to support more features like filtering and such.Studo has been a very helpful app for me till now.

4. The 'chat' option is really useful from time to time, as it is a nice way to see what other students think about a course, whether or not one is the only person to be confused by something the Prof.

10. It clearly shows when and where my next lectures will be held and if they're online they usually include the link as well! The only down side is you can only look at your schedule for like the next two weeks unless you have the pro version.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Studo Issues

1. Fix Studo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Studo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Studo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Studo" » Open Studo - University Student App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Studo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Studo - University Student App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Studo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Studo - University Student App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Studo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Studo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Studo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Studo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Studo not working


2. Fix Studo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Studo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Studo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Studo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
