1. All most commonly used apps eg: timetabling, Canvas, KU mailbox, IT Support and very handily the KU Bus timetables & the real-time bus tracker for all stops and lines! I've seen reviews saying the app crashes or requires regular updates, I have a Samsung & therefore use the android version of the app which I've not had any issues with, other than occasionally having to sign out & back-in after the weekend when most updates occur.This app was perfect till early 2020 when you did some upgrade.

2. I had complained about this last year and you had replied that you will look into this during the next upgrade but you did nothing!Old timetable was much better, new one takes too long to load and go from 1 week to the other and sometimes just keeps loading forever.

3. Since then, under Transport, for menu items Bus Tracker & Bus Timetable, the letters became so faint that it is difficult to read them, especially when you are outside on a sunny day.

4. It is a good app when it works and it gives you all the information that you need but depending on your OS, you will have to rely on the web app instead.Hello. Inwas asked for a user name and password.

5. Thought this app couldn't get worse but it did, now you you have to refresh every time you open it and want to see your timetable, before it would stay saved.

6. But I wish all its features would be available within the app itself in the near future.App is terrible hardly works requires a redownload every 2 weeks because the app won't boot or it will crash and not allow you to access anything.
