This is so frustrating!!I hate how no one answers me from the support team or when I try to contact, I need help with an unauthorized payment and I already send a lot of mail, I tried to contact everywhere but no one responds, I'm just trying to get my money back.This is rearly helpful in gaining more of an example in what to do with university essays.

2. I recommend this app to others, they are doing their best to own capacity.The app is not loading been trying several times despite my good internet connection.

3. As soon as I open the app it says "unauthorised".The app is good, the only challenge here is that there are not enough materials, please help us with more study materials for both Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Institution.

4. Use those instead.I was browsing through documents, and suddenly studocu crashed logged me out with "unauthorised sign" i have been trying to log in! I re-installed the app but it isn't working.

1. Fix Studocu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Studocu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Studocu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Studocu" » Open Studocu: Study Notes & Sharing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Studocu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Studocu: Study Notes & Sharing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Studocu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Studocu: Study Notes & Sharing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Studocu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Studocu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Studocu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Studocu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Studocu not working

2. Fix Studocu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Studocu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Studocu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Studocu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
