1. no sound doesn't really get me up in the morning.since the update of the base version, this pro upgrade does not recognise my phone any more despite saying it is installed, it only runs as the ad filled version -[ argh! loved it enough to upgrade but it has been bug filled ever since it updated to the point it goes off randomly or not at all and needs the phone restarted to stop the alarm.

2. Now it doesn't work at all! I really liked this app but it's no longer reliable on my Note 5.Could not install, got onlu some 505 error ==> refundHow can I get the unlock code again? I did factory format my cell....I just installed it and am looking forward to trying it in the morning.

3. I have a soft tone, fairly quiet, no alarm when silent and that way no one is annoyed by my alarm in meetings (silent) or when at my desk (quiet and soft).
