So you try a restaurant instead but if you don't have service or the app decides not to work then you're stuck at the register waving your phone around like an idiot.The app is great when everything works, but it signs me out frequently and I've had to call in to get a security block unlocked on my account due to new security software.

2. Even when it was working it wasn't great, it was location based so if you try and purchase from a supported food truck it will only work at a specific location which makes it useless half the time.

3. Only complaint is that they've had a very difficult time getting other stores to adopt the app, so I've only been able to use it at a single grocery store in my neighborhood.

4. maybe consider using something for close range device communication like Bluetooth so it doesn't only rely on WiFi or phone signal.Update2: I was able to successfully use the app after turning off the wifi and then turning on data exclusive to WiFi.

   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pepper Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pepper Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pepper Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pepper Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pepper Rewards then reinstall.
