Why should I report an Issue with Monogram It - Logo, Wallpapers?

1. Pointless appThis program is buggy as hell!!! I even paid the $2.99 for the ALL the premium features to be unlocked! When using the fonts, letters I have not even typed pop up on the end of previous words.... I.E. "Miss Melissa Marie" looks like "Misse Mlissaa Mrie".

2. If I had read the recent reviews posted by other disappointed users, I could I have saved me some time.I have this in my phone for years and I seldom use it since I have another app that I bought but just recently I'm looking for new backgrounds and checked this out.

3. Thanks but no thanks! Call me cheap, however I keep it real!It's hilarious that they give a quick tutorial before you can even get into the app, but then once you do get in, it literally looks absolutely nothing like it shows in the tutorial as you have to pay to unlock each button on an individual basis, so you don't get any of then until you pay.

4. Not a huge selection of free options... Must do a review before getting a free set of shapes, however I never got them, and this is currently an edited review.

5. Sorry!For a monogram app, one would think that paying to unlock all font would open up a new list of fonts that would create the standard 3 Character circle monogram, but that was not the case.

6. Use photoshop or a simple word processing software to do anything like this that way you chose the background etc and you don't have to deal with greedy app makers trying to make a fast buck with you.I'm not really impressed with this app.

7. A previous testing design's shape was off center--as well as the text inside it.... Do please fix these issues.Ok..I wanted to do monograms with this app but it seems, everything you do with it costs money.

8. Poor qualityBad! Little to no options for "free" stuff or in general for anything elegant.

9. Look elsewhere for wedding monograms!So far, so good! I mainly use my own backgrounds but you can pay for premium and get tue pre set backgrounds too.

11. It doesn't cost much, only 99¢, however is it really worth it considering all the other photo editing apps that CAN do the same thing, I don't think so.

1. Fix Monogram It Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Monogram It: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Monogram It App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Monogram It" » Open Monogram It - Logo, Wallpapers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Monogram It » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Monogram It - Logo, Wallpapers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Monogram It servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Monogram It - Logo, Wallpapers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Monogram It app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Monogram It might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Monogram It. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Monogram It then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Monogram It not working

2. Fix Monogram It Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Monogram It be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Monogram It not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Monogram It may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
