1. You need to have the power plugged in and the wifi connected directly to the camera in peer-to-peer mode before you start the software to get it to work correctly.
2. Set the switch on the side to wifi, plugged it into my Samsung S9+, connected the phone wifi to the listing for the endoscope and was up instantly.
3. Also, once you see the picture right side up, I'd put a mark on the top of the camera - it helps with initial alignment!Worked really well with the WIFI adaptor supplied with the camera (i.e. WiFi Box).
4. You have to connect the camera to the WiFi adaptor and connect to the adaptor via your WiFi wireless and networks settings.
5. To confirm you need to plug in the endoscope to the wifi box it comes with, then connect to the wifi box directly instead of your home network.
6. You HAVE to set your phone or tablet wifi to the listing that shows up for this unit when it's plugged in.
7. The camera has pretty terrible quality and in low light - where you need to use it very grainy.App works fine with cell data turned off.
8. I left the switch on the endoscope on wifi, NOT switching to USB, and opened the app.
9. Now go to your apps menu and open your wifi look app and you're there....in that order just like the instructions stated.
10. To use...1st turn off wifi and mobile data after installing "wifi look" from Google play.
11. Can't unistall the Chinese without the English version also gets uninstalledDownloaded this app to my pixel 6 and I seem to have 2 identical apps in my app draw? If I uninstall one the both disappear? Very odd.App is ok, it works as expected and did not fail on me.
