1. Just email the notices to me like a normal sane person and dump this app.Extremely frustrated and disappointed in this app as it negatively effects my experiences here at the Collins Junction Apartments where they require us to use this app to pay rent and request maintenance; neither of which I am able to do.
2. Not sure if its an update thing or what, I used to be able to long in pretty easy, not says I need a verification code to set up my account and can't find my email or phone number.
3. And I'm suddenly unable to access .I recently downloaded app and it was working fine now I cant log in and when I tried again cant find my information.
4. Very frustrating.Tried to link this app with the zego app that was already set up, but it kept telling me to reset a new password, and when I tried, I kept getting the bouncing balls.
5. I have messages I need to open but can't access them.Was using this fine for several months.
6. It worked a couple months ago, but the version that's available right now for android does not even open.
7. Decent messaging system, although responses were always slow, so I'm not sure if that's a notification issue or app issue.Got this app mainly to pay rent.
8. Used it for 2 months (with issues, taking long to load, making me sign in 3-4 times, not having an amount due to pay listed, etc.) and now won't work at all.
9. I click pay rent and it starts like it's loading then crashes and I get an android message that the app is crashing and has to close.
10. Seems like there wasn't any testing done prior to roll out.Keeps saying internal server error, I uninstalled and reinstalled,still has the same error.
11. When I was able to log in, I couldn't pay rent through the app anyway (would redirect to my property's website and had to log in there).
