1. Not to mention, in the case of retail apps, how many people have enough space on their phones to load every app for every store that they shop in?This is the worst app in the world when it comes to grocery coupons.

2. There are weekly coupons that don't load on the app and you either have ask the cashier to give the discount, or worse, now that they're going to self-service checkout lanes you still need to scan the paper coupon.

3. I've been using the app regularly for a long time and while it wasn't especially pretty, it was convenient and I could quickly and easily browse the weekly sales by department and add them to a shopping list.

4. Ridiculous! I would like to be able to see the flyer view and click on items to add to my list through it instead of this weirdly uber-categorized menu system.

5. Also, it loads with each screen change - even when switching to your list - and is very slow.Before th last major update it worked perfectly for me.

6. It's almost unusable at this point because every time I go to the store I have to wait for it to load, log back in, and then wait for it to load again.

7. The update makes the list function slow and impossible.

8. But since that update it logs me out like every 2 weeks and takes forever to load.

9. This really needs to be fixed.Cannot select items from add to make a shopping list.

10. Fix it! Otherwise, there's too many other stores to shop at.This app makes me click on average 5 more times than the previous app for any item that I'm looking for in the weekly ad.

1. Fix myBigY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myBigY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myBigY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myBigY" » Open myBigY » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myBigY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myBigY app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myBigY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myBigY" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myBigY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myBigY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myBigY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myBigY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myBigY not working

2. Fix myBigY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myBigY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myBigY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myBigY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
