1. I was about to get another DVR for the barn so I can see the house while I'm way back in the barn, I'm very happy I didn't! I'm not a bot BTWLocked out for wrong password even though it is the correct one as it works on my other device but cant take that everywhere with me, I have deleted the app and then signed in again and although I can see the name I assigned the cameras when I click on them a pop up comes up asking for a password again and if not then i have to factory reset my system, was working fine till today, the alerts don't work for me, also the "hd" option does not work unless I'm on my own Wifi and playback is slowCrappie I can't connect to the Wi-Fi router I can't get a decent reply back from email from support for help there's no phone number you can contact anybody onhe'll the developer of the app isn't even answering anybody's reviews.I suggest buying a different produc...

2. Plus motion alerts sent to phone comes as a notification in the App but then doesn't load the camera that has been activated or load a snap shot of what has been captured.

3. Just little things to make it 5 🌟UPDATE THE APP!!! It only works if you are connected to the same WiFi, defeats the whole purpose of being able to view live feed from anywhere.

4. Gittery when using and the remote playback time ribbon won't stay and play on the time selected which is quite annoying.

1. Fix Sannce Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sannce Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sannce Vision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sannce Vision" » Open Sannce Vision » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sannce Vision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sannce Vision app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sannce Vision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sannce Vision" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sannce Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sannce Vision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sannce Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sannce Vision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sannce Vision not working

2. Fix Sannce Vision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sannce Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sannce Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sannce Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
