1. Hoping they spend more time on this app.Everything was working great, easy to set up and maintain, but like others have mentioned, there was some update and now I cannot remote view my cameras from my phone/app, which was kinda the whole point.

2. Cons: Can't record zoomed footage, camera names can't be changed, can't set zones or sensitivity areas, and of course the biggest problem is the playback won't work for more than one feed at a time, and even that tends to fail, especially in color mode.

3. However, they appear to have been reckoned with and I must say that Annke's customer service and their willingness to help with a couple of different phone change over issues has impressed me.

4. Very dissappointed as everything was going along well.Very choppy and slow streaming of live view cameras if you're not on the same network the actual device is.

5. The system itself is great with a great picture quality but what good is it without any of the other features I paid for? Customer service is also not easy to reach or find.

7. Cameras will not load on mobile device and either shows an error or says the device is offline, but device says online and working properly the hard-wired monitor.

8. Summary: I have a feeling they were facing some serious performance issues and stripped back the app to bare bones until resolved, app does include a delete button for systems just hard to find.

9. Biggest issue is you can not control the motion detection area or sensitivity from the app so every time the wind blows i get a notification.

10. Nor can this app set any sensitivity of the cameras, rename the cameras or do anything but the basics of search, timeline scrub and record a video clip or picture.

1. Fix Annke Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Annke Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Annke Vision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Annke Vision" » Open Annke Vision » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Annke Vision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Annke Vision app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Annke Vision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Annke Vision" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Annke Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Annke Vision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Annke Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Annke Vision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Annke Vision not working

2. Fix Annke Vision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Annke Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Annke Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Annke Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
