Why should I report an Issue with Darker (Screen Filter)?

1. Finally, a blue light filter and screen darkener that you CAN TURN OFF! Why the heck none of the others let you do that is beyond me, but I will never use an app that demands a constant background process.

2. My one big gripe with it is that when you screenshot anything with the color filter active, the screenshot takes on a much darker version of the color filter I'm using, which totally distorts the image.

1. Fix Darker (Screen Filter) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Darker (Screen Filter): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Darker (Screen Filter) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Darker (Screen Filter)" » Open Darker (Screen Filter) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Darker (Screen Filter) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Darker (Screen Filter) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Darker (Screen Filter) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Darker (Screen Filter)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Darker (Screen Filter) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Darker (Screen Filter) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Darker (Screen Filter). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Darker (Screen Filter) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Darker (Screen Filter) not working
