Audio sucks n night vision doesnt workIt appears that ecam or I cam does not work downloading all other apps in some cases you have to buy something the most important issue is it will not allow you to connect your app or should I say e cam thank you be aware at what programs do downloads on your phone what should I say clearly the ecam effect programsDoes not connect to camera wifi, don't even see it.

2. This is very disappointing!Closes all the time! Horrible app! i wish there was a choice of this and another app ... this one is horrible, even when it works!! i bought 3 clock cameras which are no good without the app... total waste of money!! never again!!!they were working fine with old version!! updated to new version now i have no sound!😞 it sucks that i spent nearly $100.00 for this 2 cams! it would be nice if this issue can be fixed asap!!!Won't open on my phone at all.

3. And the humidifier part is a joke, fan never has workedNo matter what I do using HD eCAM or HD uCAM the app will not record in anything other than 640x480 resolution, changing from SD to HD or 4K does nothing to change the video recording resolution.

4. picture is of decent quality, however the device is very poor when it comes to puxking it up on wifi.Junk! Camera waste of money.

5. I am going to rate this a total failure and will be returning ASAP.This Camera is terrible, i can only pick it up on my phone when i stand in the same room as the clock.

1. Fix HD eCAM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HD eCAM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HD eCAM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HD eCAM" » Open HD eCAM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HD eCAM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HD eCAM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HD eCAM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HD eCAM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HD eCAM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HD eCAM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HD eCAM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HD eCAM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HD eCAM not working

2. Fix HD eCAM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HD eCAM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HD eCAM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HD eCAM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
