Please fix!You switch off Night Vision (infrared) which is absolutely awful by the way, it still records in Night Vision, no way of keeping it switched off as when you exit the app HD and night vision comes on again, the clarity of video at night time on a streetlamp lit road is way better than the so called night vision.

2. For a budget security camera it's decent but the app needs work.I'm well impressed with this CCTV, it does the job for me, It plays up now & again like the sound sometimes takes a few seconds to come on & the video can take a few seconds to activate also, but other than that it's fine.

3. For some reason the date & time isn't working properly though, I have to put it on Amsterdam time zone instead of London time zone, that issue needs working on! But I'm still a happy with it.

4. or I'm throwing away camera and buying a different brand.The camera keeps on having problems.

5. It keeps activating night vision even though I have it switched off.

6. The app buttons could be switches with hold to edit so quick tap to turn features on and off and lastly the ability to turn off the doorbell ring so visitors don't hear it when they press the button.

7. It keeps telling me to format my SD card even though I've put in 3 different name brand ones of various sizes.

8. Frame rate could be better but I think that's at the camera end..Not sure what's going on, but this app recently stopped working again.

10. The menu is written in English that is so bad you have to mostly guess what the thing does.Worked great in the beginning had no issues.

1. Fix Onecam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Onecam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Onecam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Onecam" » Open Onecam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Onecam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Onecam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Onecam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Onecam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Onecam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Onecam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Onecam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Onecam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Onecam not working

2. Fix Onecam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Onecam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Onecam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Onecam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
