1. You cant have two pages open at once, or the pages crash.Also has a tendency to send error messages saying you have multiple tabs open,(even when you don't) and then no changes can be made.
2. It's a really self explanatory app really easy to use.It's convenient that there are so many businesses I can search through and book with in a single app, but I frequently have to do multiple repeated and identical searches to get the exact business I want pulled up.
3. Like I said in the review, constant multiple issues.The software works for what I need but has some weird kinks and roundabout ways of getting things done sometimes.
4. Everyone in my spa who has an Android phone has been unable to use the app at all because it crashes immediately upon opening it.I absolutely love this app as a stylist, because my clients can actually go on The app and book their own appointments.
5. Prior and addition to that I've worked with their software system for about 20 years now by way of various dance studios whose offices I worked for.

11. One disappointing thing about the software is that some functions work better on the app than the website and vice versa.
