MiFinity Customer Insights

1. I wrote 6 emails about status of my pending verification, but their answer everytime is the same that I need to upload ID wich is already uploaded.. DONT USE ITMifinity payment platform is the worst platform I could ever use... 😭😭😭 No customer relationship, slow platform, no customer satisfaction and hidden charges... The worst part of it is when you have a problem you can't reach out to their agent for quick resolution... I can never recommend this platform to my enemies not to talk of my friends... Very worst platform I could ever see... RubbishCompletely terrible I made a crypto deposit that got sent to the old address so I wasn't credited it says on your own faq page to contact support and they will manually credit the funds as they are easily able to be moved to the correct address but instead I was made to wait 14 days to which nothing was fixed and its going on 3 days now since I'...

It's so frustrating, I've sent several mails to support still no response from them.Compleate nonsence , I have done purchase of e Vaucher and now when I m trayung to use it I need 20 character code , somthing what I have never recived , I have been sending so many emails for almoust a week to the costumer care and never recive any reply from their side.Very very useless platform and app indeed!! Their T&C expressly says there is no minimum for spending or withdrawing, however I am unable to utilize my funds because I receive a message stating that the amount I'm seeking does not match the minimum criteria.

3. No matter how you verify yourself, no withdrawal is possible for meDi not use this ewallet.... I've reached the limit wich i can use when I was not verified and they asked me to verify my account.... I've uploaded all the documents they need and it's been 5 days already and I still didn't get my miney wich I can't withdraw but cause my account is Pending for verification.

4. Gosh 🤦 ♀️, I wish I never had to use this platform.......tales about deposit? Story for another day!It's so bad because I'm withdrawal from cryptocurrency from 3 days still not received anything and no help from any supportAnnoying! 8. Their time limitations are meaningless, and their customer support is a farce! Although they claim two business days, I have been waiting for a week.

9. Terrible exchange rates! You will lose a chunk of your money when transferring to an external bank (that's if you are successfully allowed to withdraw in the first place).

10. I redeemed a little amount of a list of vouchers I have to test if withdrawal would be smooth.

11. They reject KYC during withdrawal without giving reasons, so that one could take appropriate actions.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MiFinity Issues

1. Fix MiFinity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MiFinity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MiFinity" » Open MiFinity » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MiFinity » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MiFinity app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MiFinity servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MiFinity" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MiFinity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MiFinity might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MiFinity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MiFinity then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MiFinity not working


2. Fix MiFinity Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MiFinity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MiFinity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MiFinity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
