1. Hateful and a horrible waste of time trying to navigate the app and to see a doctorEver since the new update, due to PDPA, when request to sign in with your password, the reply box says unable to verify your password, hence have to go thru the whole routine of setting up the app before it recognise the email address and password and then launch the OTP.
2. Can't log in every time I am at the clinic so what's the point of having insurance as I have to pay from my own pocket anyways.Worst app ever! I wanted to not even give any star! Everytime I want to access the app im required to set up my account.
3. Viewing the card on a mobile phone is far worse than carrying a physical card -- the app doesn't allow zooming in so that one can see clearly the text on the card.
4. However should have a "starred" function so we can shortlist clinics we preferred or had visited.I wish to put zero, there is no such option.
5. It would also be nice to add a function on how much has been spent and what the balance of the coverage is.Frustrating. That's the feeling as using this app.
6. Dependant worse still unable to update details.
7. I am sure my password is correct and when I tried resetting it email could not be found.
8. And what kind of app always needs you to key in log in details, I hope they have option to "remember device".
9. Every time log in details required.
10. Each update seem to override the login details that you key in before.
11. Truly useless app..i rather carry a hardcopy of my card around...This is the worst all ever.
