Hateful and a horrible waste of time trying to navigate the app and to see a doctorEver since the new update, due to PDPA, when request to sign in with your password, the reply box says unable to verify your password, hence have to go thru the whole routine of setting up the app before it recognise the email address and password and then launch the OTP.

2. Can't log in every time I am at the clinic so what's the point of having insurance as I have to pay from my own pocket anyways.Worst app ever! I wanted to not even give any star! Everytime I want to access the app im required to set up my account.

3. Viewing the card on a mobile phone is far worse than carrying a physical card -- the app doesn't allow zooming in so that one can see clearly the text on the card.

4. However should have a "starred" function so we can shortlist clinics we preferred or had visited.I wish to put zero, there is no such option.

5. It would also be nice to add a function on how much has been spent and what the balance of the coverage is.Frustrating. That's the feeling as using this app.
