1. And the loading now takes forever! It takes at least 3-4 minutes to load! It used to take 20 seconds and whenever I scan a dinosaur, it takes 10-15 minutes just to load in I don't like this app anymore R.I.P 2020-2023It's okay but it's a shame because I have a whole bunch of dinosaurs wobble scanners but they're not the right one I mean ever this game but what they got a new update I cannot use the other dinosaurs you can have to scan Pacific dinosaurs love the Pacific scanner sticker on their on them to scan them.It sucks that I can't scan the dinosaurs with the foot scan!!! I have a lot of those and now I won't be able to enjoy them on this game .

2. However the lack on updates is concerning ; there are plenty of new dinosaurs to scan and no way to add them to your collection.I had this app for at least 3 years and I loved it! I would get all my dinos and scan their footprints and get new dinos! I'm a huge Jurassic Park fan so I was obsessed! But one update I lost all of my scanned dinos, everything gone on this app, I was shocked and devastated.

3. However, the only problem I have is the fact that you're only able to scan newer dinosaurs, which meant I wasn't able to scan my Indoraptor figure Other than that, thanks for fixing it and I will try to collect more!I like this app.

Also the new version keeps complaining about not having wifi anytime my kids and I do anything in the app, which can be especially frustrating for a small child, it would be nice if i had the option to disable these alerts because I have unlimited data.I see a lot of posts here about the app not working.

5. I love this app! 😀 I can pretend to take care of and keep track of all my dinosaurs, except for the Hammond Collection figures, which is a bit disappointing.

6. Sucks the update didn't include thoseMy daughter loves this app especially with her dinos but for the past few weeks the app won't load past 20%.

7. I would appreciate some feedback to help fix this issues.I used to be able to play this game, but now I am just stuck at the loading screen at 18%.

9. Only issues I have is that there's no way to save your scanned dinos, and if you get a new phone or have to reinstall you have to start over from scratch, not easy for me as I have a large collection.

10. 🙁 Also, I've ran into a few issues (even after the latest update) First, the Track 'N Catch Challenges get stuck and won't load at all.

1. Fix Jurassic World Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jurassic World Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jurassic World Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jurassic World Play" » Open Jurassic World Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jurassic World Play » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jurassic World Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jurassic World Play servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jurassic World Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jurassic World Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jurassic World Play might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jurassic World Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jurassic World Play then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jurassic World Play not working

2. Fix Jurassic World Play Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jurassic World Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jurassic World Play not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jurassic World Play may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
