1. I have connected Mattel with the email/connect details given previously from the help agents but to be told we either don't support that or contact the help team in the UK.. Absolutely incompetent.Great game, my 3 year old loves it! My only complaint is that we have purchased the full game and it has hindered our enjoyment of the new 75th anniversary content.

2. Could maybe forgive this on a free to play game, but having paid to unlock the level I am very unhappy!Gameplay is interrupted about every 30 seconds to a purchase screen.

1. Fix Thomas & Friends Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Thomas & Friends: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Thomas & Friends App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Thomas & Friends" » Open Thomas & Friends: Adventures! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Thomas & Friends » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Thomas & Friends: Adventures! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Thomas & Friends servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Thomas & Friends: Adventures!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Thomas & Friends app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Thomas & Friends might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Thomas & Friends. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Thomas & Friends then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Thomas & Friends not working
