Why should I report an Issue with Clipboard + Notes?

1. I just had an awful experience; somehow and I don't know how I accidentally cleared the entire clipboard 422 important clips!!!!! The toast-like message at the bottom of the screen floated for a few seconds and all I saw was the button "undo" but I didn't have time to click it it went by too fast, possibly you need to put another way to undo a "clear of all clips" action in the menu that opens from the right, otherwise it is possible and easy to without intending to, to ACCIDENTLY delete everything!!!!!!! Change this and I will rate five stars because I really love everything else about the app, like the theme and colours and features and organization.

2. Pls fix this immediately as my phone's battery is getting down.COMPARED TO ANOTHER CLIPBOARD I'M USING, THIS IS MUCH BETTER! I'M USING A SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 8, AND I AM WONDERING IF THERE'S A LIMIT BEFORE IT DOESN'T WORK? WE'LL SEE...! AND BECAUSE THERE MUST BE A LIMIT, IT DIDN'T COPY AN IMPORTANT EMAIL TO IDIOTS AT GOOGLE ACCOUNTS and now another didn't copy to Google one email that took me an hour to write! I would never upgrade this clipboard..BUT WHO CARES, RIGHT..?Very helpful 4 saving URLs on command if opened in a browser.

4. If I export the data, on which other apps can I restore the data on iPhone or Android???Ads are still appearing tough I paid for premium 5months ago.

5. Would like more info.Doesn't work, it also disabled the system clipboard.

1. Fix Clipboard + Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clipboard + Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clipboard + Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clipboard + Notes" » Open Clipboard + Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clipboard + Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Clipboard + Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clipboard + Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clipboard + Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clipboard + Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clipboard + Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clipboard + Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clipboard + Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clipboard + Notes not working

2. Fix Clipboard + Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clipboard + Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clipboard + Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clipboard + Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
