1. With proper diet, these routines, and consistency I have completely transformed myself. This app has several great strength and recovery programs, with a subscription (but for quality and fresh material, who isn't a subscription anymore?).
2. Also a side note, the production value on the 2.0 program is quite impressive! This app surely needs more recognition Only issue i faced was when i played any video on preset video quality, 1080p(let's say), it keeps buffering a lot.
3. Currently, the workouts do, but the app does not justify the hefty pricetag.I'm having issues with confusingly being allowed to buy gift, for myself, rather than a subscription for myself, but we are working a solution.
4. It would be more useful if whole programs could be added to calendars in one go, if it would alert for next exercise, show which videos have been completed, show progress, etc.
5. From an organizational and user experience POV the app needs major updates to meet common efficiency standards other apps have had for years.
6. I'm confident the program will be great as I loved the previous iteration, but until I can use it properly I cant give it a rating more than 3 stars.
7. You get access to the entire library of programs and videos, even the original dvds, all on your phone.
8. If you're new to Mark Lauren's programs, or just looking for a fresh way to train, I cannot recommend this enough.
9. The workouts are updated regularly and if your looking to get results without it taking hours each day this is the app for you.Loving the app so far.
10. I can do the workouts anywhere, anytime.Great app in general.
11. You can go to easier workouts when you are sick or injured, and then ramp up to bigger challenges when you are at the top of your game.
