1. I don't have a new phone with the latest version of Android; what I have has been around for years and there has been plenty of time to ensure compatibility.If you do something as simple as switch to another app for a single instant you must restart using this app from the beginning.

2. What is the problem here?! How can the email address be incorrect if it sent me emails to reset my password then send 3 confirmation emails saying my password has been changed.As worthless as their website.

3. Worked fine before the latest Android update, now it just starts to open and then closes back to phone's home screen.

7. I gave 4 stars because I can find what I need and the layout is intuitive.I got this app at least a year ago for easier access on my phone.

8. I don't use it on my phone very often, I usually look online, but whenever I would try it would tell me that the information is unavailable at this time.

9. It says that "User ID or Password is incorrect." I had no problems logging into the older version of the app.

10. The bad thing about this app is that if you don't login for a long time, it'll say it can't show any information.

1. Fix Wellmark Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wellmark: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wellmark App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wellmark" » Open Wellmark® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wellmark » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wellmark® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wellmark servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wellmark®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wellmark app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wellmark might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wellmark. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wellmark then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wellmark not working

2. Fix Wellmark Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wellmark be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wellmark not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wellmark may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
