Hello Address Customer Insights

1. Though video uploaded after a cumbersome process, no where it is exhibited... Thus Benefit of Premium subscription is not obtained .... Since I know I have uploaded one video, I finally found out the same after a lot of search in my allotted space... !!!The ad of mine given to Manorama on 13th of this month is not even featured or easily seen.

2. The app need to be improvedRS.250 for basic package of one month and RS.120 for uploading pics is damn expensive.

3. This remark has been given based on my personal experience only.Hello team, while using, app is crashing several times.

4. Coz its horrible experience.Blocks out existing users who registered using Google account.

5. Read all other reviews where people are regretting having paid for this.Not at all user friendly.

6. Are you kidding? You can imagine there won't be any callbacks and very few property dealers will be searching this database as it is completely paid service.

7. App layout, modes of search and other options are helpful to use the application.The app is not up to date.

8. The most basic plan costs 250 for a month and allows only 1 picture.

9. I listed my ad for a month and when its being launched its not fully updated.

10. Login with Google account option is not available.

11. No option to contact them for technical support also.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Hello Address Issues

1. Fix Hello Address Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Hello Address: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hello Address" » Open Hello Address » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hello Address » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Hello Address app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hello Address servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hello Address" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Hello Address app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hello Address might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Hello Address. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hello Address then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hello Address not working


2. Fix Hello Address Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hello Address be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hello Address not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hello Address may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
