I have subscribed Vanitha from the app for the past few months.The subscription was renewed and paid thru google pay in June.But the app does not recognize that.Even after sending numerous emails to the vanitha customer service and editorial emails there has been no solution.Please do not install this app and waste your money.Contacting customer service is of no use.I can't view/read the issue I paid for.

1. Fix Vanitha Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vanitha: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vanitha App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vanitha" » Open Vanitha » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vanitha » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vanitha app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vanitha servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vanitha" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vanitha app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vanitha might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vanitha. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vanitha then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vanitha not working
