I have subscribed Vanitha from the app for the past few months.The subscription was renewed and paid thru google pay in June.But the app does not recognize that.Even after sending numerous emails to the vanitha customer service and editorial emails there has been no solution.Please do not install this app and waste your money.Contacting customer service is of no use.I can't view/read the issue I paid for.
2. Please use this order number for payment related inquiries.Malayala Manorama.Can't sign in with my credentials..Just make clarity about the username and password allowed to sign in!We have taken 1 year subscription and the app crash every time we log in.
3. Contacted support, but didn't get a a solutionAlready subscrbed for 3 months, 300 rupees debited through credit card,but not getting open.Please never use this app.It is cheating.The reason that i am giving this app one star because i lost my money.
