Why should I report an Issue with Pixlab: Photo Editor, Pic Art?

Also the pop-ups advertising other apps, Oftenly interrupting progress during the creation of your art..Kinda gets Annoying..but like I said, since it's (FREE) I guess that makes it half-decent for basic photo editing..Nothing special about its features, graphics or effects..SIMPLE easy program...i give it "3-STARS".. leaving room 4 improvements and upgrades..Needs moreLove love loveeee!!! There is sooo many different ways to edit your photo and the bedt part is its all free and you dont have to pay anything to get certain things.

2. Just return the previous one if possible since it was incomparably betterJust started about 20 mins ago, & so far, pretty Awesome! I'm NOT a graphic designer, & NOT familiar with these apps, at all, but I just finished my 1st pic & NOT bad, not bad at all...price for PREMIUM is NOT bad either! EDIT: a couple days & Many AWESOME pic edits later, I really can't imagine how they could make this APP any better, Looooove it!! I highly recommend to amateurs & graphic designers, alike! I no longer have to use 2+ apps to remove bkgrnd, the add effects, this 1 does it all!I was excited to use the drop effect, but it's nothing like in the ads and the photos in the app.

3. I loved it, they have very great editing options.I do think this is one of the top photo editing apps out there (in here? I'm lost lol) I am still exploring b4 going pro which is about to happen.

4. Ever since my classmates has been editing there profile pic, i wanted to edit mine too, so i search a lot of apps of picture editor or something like that and asked my classmates for the app name but they said that it was the phone's own camera editor.

5. I have tried a few Photo Editing Apps but I like this one best because there's a lot more you can do as well as choices of backgrounds and effects.

7. The Drop effect are bad and I can't size it when I flip it the right way, and when I change the color on the background, it changes the drop effect, too, and I'm not able to see it.

8. But I am much disappointed with the ads they show again and again, there are so many ads, even when I go for any other edit option first they show ad which is so much irritating.

9. You don't have the right to adjust the text, I wanted it to be just in straight margin but it always change when I change the font unlike the previous one.

10. There's endless options to turn any photo into anything better.

1. Fix Pixlab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pixlab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pixlab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pixlab" » Open Pixlab: Photo Editor, Pic Art » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pixlab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pixlab: Photo Editor, Pic Art app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pixlab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pixlab: Photo Editor, Pic Art" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pixlab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pixlab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pixlab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pixlab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pixlab not working

2. Fix Pixlab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pixlab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pixlab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pixlab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
