It helps me keep track of what I want to try out next but all of a sudden I cant access my wishlist and many of the links take you to a page that says there was a technical error 😭 I tried reinstalling and that did nothingI love this app and just re-downloaded it; however I could have sworn that it used to have a feature in the search engine that allowed for you to exclude products with allergens in it.

2. Also, I noticed that there is still an old promotion banner, advertising "Free ground shipping on all orders over $40 until June 30th." Perhaps an update is required? Other than that, Love the store! Love the products! Love the eco friendliness!It's a pretty good app for the most part, however I am having trouble viewing my wishlist.

3. As well as the wishlist only shows 10 out of however many items you put on there, you have the delete items off your list to see some of the others, which is quite irritating, especially when wanting to keep the items on your wishlist but wanting to purchase some as well.

4. Recently I was looking through the gift sets and when I selected one to see what was inside, it gave a Lush description but did not show the individual products like it does on the website.

5. I finally went to the browser option and was able to use the card there.Love the products.

6. At this point, I've been trying to purchase 3 items for multiple hours, and their customer service is apparently unable to assist.

7. It says the correct number of items on my list, but when I select the button to view, it will only show part of the list.

8. Not much use for the wishlist if you still have to go back and search for the products.I enjoy the app but the only issue I have has been this.

9. If you can, go to a physical location so your purchase isn't as fun as pulling teeth.I went to check out and it said my "basket is out of sync".

10. Additionally, you can't click your items from your cart to see more information about them, instead you have to manually search for them.

1. Fix Lush Cosmetics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lush Cosmetics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lush Cosmetics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lush Cosmetics" » Open Lush Cosmetics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lush Cosmetics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lush Cosmetics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lush Cosmetics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lush Cosmetics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lush Cosmetics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lush Cosmetics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lush Cosmetics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lush Cosmetics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lush Cosmetics not working

2. Fix Lush Cosmetics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lush Cosmetics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lush Cosmetics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lush Cosmetics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
