Why should I report an Issue with Dual Space - Multiple Accounts?

1. Problems to fix: 1) chats back up does not work well, does not let me add an account (menu does not work , touch but nothing happens) 2) similar thing happens to notifications.

2. The other day I was driving w my GPS going and every couple of minutes kept getting alerted that Dual Space has stopped working and I'd have to ignore the notification etc.

3. Tried to remove but every time I restart the phone comebacksI have only been using it a few days and it was working well until this morning.

4. But when the ads are in your face, blasting music (even when the phone is in do not disturb mode), and that's on top of permanently taking up space in the notifications then its not going to last long enough on the device to actually see if its useful or not.

5. I wasn't able to log into my account when I added the app to Dual Space, which deafeats the purpose of the app.Keeps a notification conatantly in the notification tray.

6. It asks if I would like to send a report and if I select yes it takes me to a screen to select, drive, email, Bluetooth and other things, nothing whatsoever to send a report.

7. It's so irritating that it would crush when you're in the middle of performing a certain activity on it and you have to start it all over again.It does not works as it should.

8. I have tried and tried to reload, no luck! Help.I love what the app does and it is functional.

9. So I get the part of needing to watch an advert before using the app, but what I cannot understand is that after watching the advert it kicks me out and then have to redo the whole process again.

10. I will wait for some time and if keep it up I will remove app and install other.

11. This app does not have an independent contact list neither independent gallery.

1. Fix Dual Space Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dual Space: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dual Space App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dual Space" » Open Dual Space - Multiple Accounts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dual Space » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dual Space - Multiple Accounts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dual Space servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dual Space - Multiple Accounts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dual Space app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dual Space might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dual Space. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dual Space then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dual Space not working

2. Fix Dual Space Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dual Space be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dual Space not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dual Space may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
