1. Please fix it some emergency point and take car for it.You engine is good but something missing, that is the problem when minimizing the parallel app to the background when multitasking with other things, for example paralleling chrome browser using this app, when i put that chrome parallel into background, then when i open it back chrome just GONE, then i have to reopen it again, sooo annoying, and also another problems like crash when doing some heavy activities on paralled app, just crash and forced close by it self, and open many paralel appMobile legend crash, each time i use this parallel apps, even when attempt to open back to continue playing it crash again and again, im so frustrated with this app which app will be crash problem.. fix this then u will get more starOkay.

2. Please fix this error.It's a good app but i can no longer open any of my duplicated apps? I try to duplicate gacha club but it doesn't open everytime I press the icon to open it up.

3. Another issue is that the interface randomly breaks and goes under the navigation bar and notifications bar which can make tapping things in those top and bottom areas of the screen a bit annoying (This is also not an issue for normal Discord).

4. The only bad part is that eternal notification up there saying "please keep background running..." And that the notifications don't have the same design the original app uses for them.... But overall it is pretty good.Oh my goodness, this app is perfect- it's fast, easy to use and barely shows any ads.

5. To me, the best part is that you can clone the same app multiple times! Pardon me if this feature is common in all cloning apps.. 😅It's too much ads 😭 , if I important to reply or emergency to chat someone else then need to hold until the ads not over this is bad thing.

6. Only problem I've faced so far is that even after closing the game AND the application, it keeps on running in the background, thus draining the battery.

7. When attempting to screenshare my phone's screen in VC, the the app immediately crashes (Which is not an issue for normal Discord).

8. Edit: Every once in a while, it won't open the dupe app, act like it was loading then blink a black screen, repetitively.

9. Older phones (like mine) and newer ones with not so good battery backup are getting a hit due to this.

10. So previously before I updated my phone this app was working perfectly fine, but then my phone received an update to Android 13.

11. Second is notification is not come like Skype or ecommerce app so it's complicated to every time check if messages come or not.

1. Fix Parallel App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parallel App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parallel App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parallel App" » Open Parallel App - Dual App Cloner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parallel App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parallel App - Dual App Cloner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parallel App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parallel App - Dual App Cloner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parallel App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parallel App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parallel App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parallel App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parallel App not working

2. Fix Parallel App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parallel App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parallel App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parallel App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
