LoyLap Customer Insights

1. Why do I need to download your app? Which, by the way, is useful to businesses and not consumers! I tried choosing "Help and Feedback" and there is no option for "What is my balance?" And, in order to ASK a question, I'm required to provide my email address "in the event we're disconnected?!?" Are you kidding me?Limit of auto topup is locked at 5 euro.

2. Has a button to quick re order so that I can order lunch for collection pretty quickstealing my manual balance and then auto topping me up by 20 euro which I did not authorize.

3. The only feature id like to see if a map view showing all the places using the service.All I want to know is what the balance is on this gift card, right here from my home, without having to get in my car and physically go to the business.

4. It just keeps reverting back.I'm having a lot of trouble logging in with my email and password, i can only seem to log in through FB, and when i do get into the account i cant seem to top up balance, can some one help me pleaseTerrible.

5. Not good enough.It's OK but now I want to leave the golf club I can't find how to cancel the Loylap account and more importantly how to cancel the Loylap top up feature.

6. It did work for a while but it hasn't given any credit for the last few weeks, although it did allow me to redeem 2.05 two days ago.

7. Update: still no way to set auto top-up threshold other than 5 euro.

8. Well designed and maintaained app, ive never had any issues while using it, it actually surprises me how quickly additional funds are visible on the app once earnt.

9. Looks like this app is not maintained.What's the point of a loyalty scheme that doesn't work.

11. Asks for DOB on profile and you can only go back month by month!Very handy for online orders.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LoyLap Issues

1. Fix LoyLap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LoyLap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LoyLap App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LoyLap" » Open LoyLap » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LoyLap » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LoyLap app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LoyLap servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LoyLap" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LoyLap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LoyLap might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LoyLap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LoyLap then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LoyLap not working


2. Fix LoyLap Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LoyLap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LoyLap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LoyLap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
