Help desk, agents, detectives etc are on point and very clear with explination!so far this app is very responsive if you have any concerns there's a quick number to call and you talk to a human it's pretty coolConstant updates on security alerts and credit scores.Easy access to app.I wouldn't be without.

2. I highly recommend ID Theft Defense to all, especially busy people on the go.Nice App! I just wish the Transunion Vantage Score would be changed to FICO.

3. I have a 700 FICO Score but my Vantage Score on the App shows 615..This makes Me Not wanting to open the App unless I have an Alert..I not only a member of a spectacular service you would be shooting yourself not to look what this adds to you.

4. Awesome monitoring, counseling and restoration .They need to give the information that you have to have an account in order to use this application otherwise it's useless.

1. Fix ID Theft Defense Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ID Theft Defense: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ID Theft Defense App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ID Theft Defense" » Open ID Theft Defense » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ID Theft Defense » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ID Theft Defense app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ID Theft Defense servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ID Theft Defense" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ID Theft Defense app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ID Theft Defense might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ID Theft Defense. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ID Theft Defense then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ID Theft Defense not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ID Theft Defense be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ID Theft Defense not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ID Theft Defense may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
