    About Sehhaty | صحتي

    1. Sehhaty is provided by the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, in line with its vision to increase access to care, improve standards of healthcare and increase health awareness in the community.

    2. It is the National Population Health Platform for all citizens’ and residents’ health information and related services in Saudi Arabia with over 24 million user registered.

    3. Within the Ministry's strategy to facilitate access to health care and improve, its quality, great achievements have been accomplished to integrate all applications in the health sector.

    4. It aims to enable individuals to obtain their health information and receive medical e-services provided by different health organizations in the Kingdom.

    5. Work is ongoing to complete to merge with the rest of the services in the health systems. Appointments: +3. Medical Reporting (e. g. Sick leave): +9.

    6. So far; Mawid, Tetamman, Sehha app. , RSD and insurance card from the Council of Health Insurance have been merged.

    7. Promoting healthy lifestyle and awareness: +2 Million Registered individuals in the walking campaign and +700K in Know Your Numbers Initiative for capturing health related vital signs.

    1. Please Make the new update that fix this issue available ASAP After contacting the support, the only suggestion they have is to uninstall the app and reinstall it...     2. Can't open after the latest update.Vaccines option not working showing multiple window about an error occurred.

    3. It's annoy me! Even I restart my phone still the apps is not working! Somebody helpI didn't have blood pressure before, but after using this application, I got blood pressure from how annoyingly slow, and frustrating to use.

    4. it's look like decoration saying that's the ministry of health aligned with Electronic process.This app no longer works after your last update.

    1. Fix Sehhaty | صحتي Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


    1. Restart Sehhaty | صحتي: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
    2. Update the Sehhaty | صحتي App. Here is how:
      1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sehhaty | صحتي" » Open Sehhaty | صحتي » click "Update".
      2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sehhaty | صحتي » click "UPDATE".
    3. Clear Sehhaty | صحتي app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sehhaty | صحتي servers.
      1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sehhaty | صحتي" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
    4. Check Sehhaty | صحتي app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sehhaty | صحتي might not work.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall Sehhaty | صحتي. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sehhaty | صحتي then reinstall.
    6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sehhaty | صحتي not working


    2. Fix Sehhaty | صحتي Server issues & Internet Connection


    1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sehhaty | صحتي be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
    2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sehhaty | صحتي not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
    3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sehhaty | صحتي may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    • Good day. I took covid vaccine last December 29 2020 and January 17 2021 in Riyadh KSa. I left the Kingdom last Feb4. I was able to obtain covid vaccine certificate before but no batch number included. Can we obtain updated certificate with batch number included. Thanks. Please assist me regarding this matter.
