I can't open Sehhaty app on my phone. What could be the problem?

I took my 1st dose in March 2022, however the certificate got registered in my old iqama snd my current (or new iqama) dies not have any infirmation about my first dose...how to transfer my 1st dose information or record under my new iqama number so that I can take appointment for my 2nd dose..

I was issued with SICK LEAVE through my Sehaty App but when I am about to open and check it, it say that “National id from Sehaty does not match with user’s National ID”.
