1. It wants you to grabt all permissions (record audio, camera, photos, media, files and location) that are completely unnecessary for the use of the product.App doesn't function until all permissions are given, including camera and microphone.

2. I do appreciate the tease mode it makes things more interactive but that mode also needs options vibe and thrust control.I don't trust this AT ALL.

3. Sadly you are only be able to control thurst as vibe is always on & only in the tease interface lowest bottom slow thrust top highest trust.

4. Also I never actually got the Bluetooth connection to work.It doesn't actually track how many times you use it and even though I've selected English it's still in a different language.

5. This app definitely needs some work considering the price of the toys.For the price, i expected the product to match.

6. a basic screen with a thrust slider & a vibe slider how hard if is that.

7. I expect to control vibration and thrust.

8. Why does a remote for my sex toy need access to my microphone, location, files, etc? And if you deny any of these it just won't let you use the app.

9. But overall, I wish I would've bought something different.It doesn't even work.

1. Fix ZALO REMOTE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ZALO REMOTE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZALO REMOTE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZALO REMOTE" » Open ZALO REMOTE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZALO REMOTE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZALO REMOTE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZALO REMOTE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZALO REMOTE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ZALO REMOTE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZALO REMOTE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ZALO REMOTE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZALO REMOTE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZALO REMOTE not working

2. Fix ZALO REMOTE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZALO REMOTE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZALO REMOTE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZALO REMOTE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
