1. Considering the cost of the vehicle one would have expected a proper manual..not an online guide.There is no experience now, nothing,no app! Downloaded on 2 different android devices, select model and year and....... Nothing blank screen! Useful when your stuck...NOT!I had a similar problem, I hadn't used the app for some time and the permissions auto disable after a period of time which stopped the app working.

2. App works perfect, had the same problem as a couple of the other reviews talked about with downloading your model, found the problem, you need to go to settings, apps, permissions, storage.

3. I couldn't reactivate the permissions so I de-installed the app and then re- installed it which then worked fine.installed but then needs to download model specific data, keeps saying 'error try later'.

4. However my vehicle, a 2018 model, has had a replacement audio system installed (long story).

5. Downloaded it again selected correct vehicle, it downloads the required guide, but nothing shows up and can only find anything by searching for it.

6. It's a shame that most of these apps are so complex and the majority of clients don't have the expert computer skills to solve the uploading problems that the app is as good as useless to me.

7. Forgetting that "issue", I woukd recommend this App.Navigation guide in no way resembles what one needs to do to program in a destination.

8. You'll find the Iguide doesn't have permission to access your storage, give permission then close everything and try again.It wouldn't install.

9. So my vehicle is a 2018 & 2020 model.

10. When scrolling, the page is flashing.Since the April 22 update on opening the app it annoyingly states an error has occurred please try again later.

11. Have been trying for 2 days without joy! Very disappointed expect better from such a luxury brand.This new version doesn't work well.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Land Rover iGuide Issues

1. Fix Land Rover iGuide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Land Rover iGuide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Land Rover iGuide App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Land Rover iGuide" » Open Land Rover iGuide » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Land Rover iGuide » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Land Rover iGuide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Land Rover iGuide servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Land Rover iGuide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Land Rover iGuide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Land Rover iGuide might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Land Rover iGuide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Land Rover iGuide then reinstall.
