1. When we transfered over to new rewards program it said successful, but open app and it says to re-register and app doesn't recognize old number and won't let you bypass to get to your account.

2. (You keep crediting the wrong account!)Always crashes when trying to redeem a reward, then I get charged full price for the product.

3. I'd really like to see a feature that allows members to do in-app purchases instead of having to go into a separate web browser for delivery or curbside orders.Frequent issues logging into and updating personal info in my account.

4. After I entered my email address to log in, I received an error message that I need a phone number on my account in order to log in.

5. My wife finally gave up and gave a new phone number to keep getting the instore savings.Not sure what the point of the app is anymore.

6. Why must I call Foodland Customer Service just to update one single item of account info?Something is seriously wrong with this app.

7. I downloaded mobile app on new cell to update my account's new phone number.

8. I don't recommend it at all.Foodland amazing, but app and new rewards program are terrible - something is broken and isn't allowing our old member numbers to transfer over to new program.

10. There is a barcode scanning function already on the app, so why not allow a scan & go feature like Sam's Club? No more waiting in line to pay for your groceries during in-store visits.

1. Fix Foodland Hawaii Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Foodland Hawaii: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Foodland Hawaii App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Foodland Hawaii" » Open Foodland Hawaii » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Foodland Hawaii » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Foodland Hawaii app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Foodland Hawaii servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Foodland Hawaii" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Foodland Hawaii app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Foodland Hawaii might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Foodland Hawaii. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Foodland Hawaii then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Foodland Hawaii not working
