Why should I report an Issue with Kultcamera - Retro film camera?

1. 5 stars if I could remove the borders from the camera presets as an option.I paid for the pro version a few years ago to get rid of advertisements and film roll limits and not after not using it for a while I'm being bombarded with ads again.Just paid for full version on my phone, but when my wife wanted to install same app on her its not available anymore due to her android version.

2. haven't used it for a few months, used it today and it's forcing me to watch ads and charging me for films etc, when i go to the market place to purchase the pro version AGAIN it won't even let me, not that i bloody well should! what the hell is going on here? i hope the developers reply to this otherwise i want a refund.Love it.

3. Allows me to be creative and if the developer reads this, please some new lens and even camera options, maybe pinhole, lomostyle etc ?? And a zoom option? Okay, yes you have to pay for "film" to avoid the watermark but i find this makes me slow down and think before shooting....Really loved this app.

1. Fix Kultcamera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kultcamera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kultcamera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kultcamera" » Open Kultcamera - Retro film camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kultcamera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kultcamera - Retro film camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kultcamera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kultcamera - Retro film camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kultcamera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kultcamera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kultcamera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kultcamera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kultcamera not working

2. Fix Kultcamera Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kultcamera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kultcamera not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kultcamera may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
