Why should I report an Issue with Analog Palette: Film Edition?

1. Currently it ruins the final photo quality too much, regardless of filters used.When I first opened this app it worked perfectly, and I decided that no 4 was my favourite filter, but upon attempting to use the app again this filter was unavailable and completely black, along with 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11,& 12The capabilities in this app are basic.

2. Unfortunately the latest 23 OCT 2018 update still haven't fixed the "total black" filters mentioned below.. Like the filters of this app and especially because this is an ad-free app..👍 Unfortunately, some of the filters are not working.

3. Exposure adjustment would be nice as well.The filters are amazing, but the exported photo severely drops in size and quality.

4. The preview screen is extremely low quality, noisy and annoying to watch.Would be better if the names of the filters were included in the app.

5. Thanks.I fell back to this app, because Ektacam didn't work properly on my phone (it drains the battery in two shots), because it has an Agfa filter.

1. Fix Analog Palette Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Analog Palette: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Analog Palette App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Analog Palette" » Open Analog Palette: Film Edition » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Analog Palette » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Analog Palette: Film Edition app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Analog Palette servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Analog Palette: Film Edition" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Analog Palette app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Analog Palette might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Analog Palette. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Analog Palette then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Analog Palette not working

2. Fix Analog Palette Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Analog Palette be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Analog Palette not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Analog Palette may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
