1. Boxes on bottom of page don't take my info when I press the box.For some reason, this app will not work correctly on my smartphone, but thankful one can call your payment in on date due, it's just a bummer I cannot check my current or past Banking history unless One may not have a laptop or Home computer.Easy to use, but it crashes every time I release a payment which is very annoying.What is a 'token code'? Couldn't log in, uninstalled it.Print is a bit small, and can not find the online app.Never used it.

Capital One is the worst in everything especially customer service, my wife and I made a payment to pay it off completely and ask them to close that it's been 3 months they took the payment but they haven't closed it and they haven't updated our creditWhat is the app crash every time I release a batch? Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Capital One Intellix Issues

1. Fix Capital One Intellix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Capital One Intellix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Capital One Intellix App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Capital One Intellix" » Open Capital One Intellix® Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Capital One Intellix » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Capital One Intellix® Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Capital One Intellix servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Capital One Intellix® Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Capital One Intellix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Capital One Intellix might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Capital One Intellix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Capital One Intellix then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Capital One Intellix not working


2. Fix Capital One Intellix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Capital One Intellix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Capital One Intellix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Capital One Intellix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
