1. Who among us has not shut off our alarm, and gone right back to sleep? It's not the prettiest looking app on my phone, but it may be the most important, as it always gets me up in time for work.I have used the premium version of this app for years without any problems, but today it did not wake me up for work and I was more than an hour late.

2. As much as I love this app, with something as important as waking up on time, I need something that works 100% of the time.With puzzles and other challenges required to shut off the sound, this is truly the alarm clock I have been looking for my whole life.

3. You have to just switch the alarm off the night before and back on, which gives me the chance to forget and screw up if I turn off the alarm for a one day holiday or other weird exception.Relied on this to wake me up, for the most part it did.

4. I've used this app for 6 year and never had a problem until recently, and now I've missed my classes 3 times and have to get out all my old alarm clocks again because I can no longer trust the app to do its job.The best app I've ever found for multiple alarms & can use my own mp3 sounds.

5. The tasks are manageable but wake me up better than normal alarms I don't know why the new version was rebuilt from the ground up in a way that is more broken and has less of the essential features and customization options from this version.

6. I don't know if this is due to a recent update, and I don't have any malice against the developers for this, but I simply can't trust an alarm clock app that fails even once.

7. Highly recommend.The alarm randomly experiences an error and doesn't go off until I manually open the app.

8. I have a silent alarm for my birth control which has for some reason gone off which sound in the middle of meetings.

9. It also sometimes locked my phone up, the puzzle wouldn't show up, or the alarm tone would change itself.

10. From now on I will stick to the Android clock along with a physical backup alarm.

1. Fix I Can't Wake Up! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart I Can't Wake Up!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the I Can't Wake Up! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "I Can't Wake Up!" » Open I Can't Wake Up! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for I Can't Wake Up! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear I Can't Wake Up! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from I Can't Wake Up! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "I Can't Wake Up!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check I Can't Wake Up! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, I Can't Wake Up! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall I Can't Wake Up!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall I Can't Wake Up! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing I Can't Wake Up! not working
