Santa Moments Customer Insights

1. When I first downloaded the app and opened the gallery the first time I was able to see all of my pics on both phone memory and SD card.

2. I was a high level technician for Verizon for a long time, I know how these phones work so please don't insult me as you have others by responding with "we checked the app and that's not true".I paid for this app.

3. its riddled with ads and you have to download a completely different app to get santa stickers.Downloaded some others that didn't even work while this one was great.

1. Fix Santa Moments Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Santa Moments: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Santa Moments App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Santa Moments" » Open Santa Moments » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Santa Moments » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Santa Moments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Santa Moments servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Santa Moments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Santa Moments app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Santa Moments might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Santa Moments. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Santa Moments then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Santa Moments not working


2. Fix Santa Moments Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Santa Moments be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
