I can't express to you how many ads are on this app it's incredibly intrusive.The app was looking excellent on the outside but when u download it it says mermaid tail stopped then I try all the networks and finally after 2 weeks my grandfather had a lot of internet so I tried to do it then I did not work at all I would give it 0 stars if I could I recommend you guys not to download this game 😡😡It's fine but my problem is that when I click the cam it kicks me off the app for no reason pls fix it and I will rate 5 stars I really wish I could rate 1 star but I like this app it's just that it keeps kicking me off the app pls fix it BTW I'm gonna uinstall until it's fixedThis app is nice but there's one problem every time I try to take a picture or choose a picture from my gallery it always comes off but the app is good so i give it three starsIt looked like a great app till I tried it.

4. Thanks for ruining my mermaid dreams.I love mermaids!!!!! But i don't know how to use this app!!!!! So, could you please add a walkthrough to help me? That would be great .Don't get this app.It is such a rip off.I spent hours trying to find a picture that would work and then it wouldn't fit.I give it 1⭐Really good but can you add a little update that i can erase the foot that doesn't fit in the tail and pls add more pretty mermaid tailsis little good.....and easy to handdle.

1. Fix Mermaid's tail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mermaid's tail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mermaid's tail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mermaid's tail" » Open Mermaid's tail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mermaid's tail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mermaid's tail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mermaid's tail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mermaid's tail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mermaid's tail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mermaid's tail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mermaid's tail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mermaid's tail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mermaid's tail not working
